You know AI matters.

This room was built for founders who want their time back, leaders who want to be more capable, and managers who want AI built without the risk. If that's you, we've got you.

  1. 01

You've tried the tools. They write for you, but they don't complete work end to end.

ChatGPT in tabs, a Copilot licence somewhere, outputs you rewrite before they sound like you. Nothing is wired into the business, so none of it compounds.

  2. 02

Your week disappears into admin work you know you should be automating.

Quotes chased late or not at all. Meeting actions lost. The same report rebuilt by hand every month. Hours going to tasks a system should carry.

  3. 03

Everyone is asking for an AI plan. There isn't one.

The board, your team, your competitors' announcements. You need an answer that is more than another subscription.

  4. 04

You're interested in AI, but the security risk scares you.

Email, files, client data. One bad setup is a real breach. Nobody has shown you the safe way in, so it stays in tabs.

AI OPS WORKSHOP

What the day looks like.

  • The AI Ops Workshop sign at the venue entrance, Collingwood Yards
  • Ryan presenting at the screen in the first room
  • The room building on laptops, tables of attendees
  • Two attendees laughing at a laptop mid-build
  • Cooper helping an attendee at their laptop
  • The Nexus Digital banner, scale output not headcount
  • A table of attendees working together
  • The first room from the back, every laptop open

THE VALUE

What you leave with.

  1. Calendar, inbox and day planned for you. One command, not ten tabs.

  2. The rulebook your AI runs on. Output fits your business, not everyone's.

  3. Every email and script sounds like you. Trained on you, not slop.

  4. Built live on the day, plus 15 agent and 10 workflow templates to build the rest yourself.

  5. Summarised and woven into your business context, not parked in another tool.

  6. Your numbers on one screen, branded to your business, running on your laptop.

  7. 160+ custom skills, curated and editable, yours to keep.

  8. The foundation everything above runs on. You build it on the day.

  9. Total value10.5 hrs$525/week

    $25,200/year

Hours are deliberately conservative, valued at $50/hour.

Your seat:$795one-time

plus GST

  1. Morning, 9:00 to 10:40
  2. Doors and the setup desk open at 8:30. At 9:00 sharp: who we are, what you'll leave with, and a quick round of the room.

Outcome: your machine is ready before the first word.

  3. Why AI stopped being a writing tool and became an execution engine, and what that means for a business your size.

Outcome: you know exactly where this fits.

  4. Email, calendar, meeting recorder and notes connected on your own accounts, every permission scoped by you.

Outcome: your AI can see your real work.

  5. The build, 10:40 to 14:30
  6. Run your daily brief before it knows you, let the system interview you and write your business context, then run it again.

Outcome: your daily brief, sounding like it was written by staff.

  7. Lunch, 12:00 to 12:30
  8. Choose an agent that chases quiet quotes or a board that drafts your posts, tune it to your business, add your own safety rules, then build your own dashboard.

Outcome: a second system and your own dashboard, running on your business, plus the templates to build more.

  9. Wrap up, 14:30 to 16:00
  10. Your hours-leak number, worked out live on your own figures.

Outcome: a number you can act on, calculated on your own business.

  11. Why everything you built drafts instead of sends, where your keys live, and what it takes to run unattended.

Outcome: you know what safe looks like, and what never to DIY.

  12. The dashboard our clients get, live on a demo company: an agent's overnight run and a draft held for a person's tap.

Outcome: you've seen the ceiling, and the gap to it.

  13. The honest map: what to build next yourself, your free check-in, and what your seat credits toward if you want us involved.

    Outcome: a ranked next step.

  14. Group photo and a last word with the people who built beside you. Stay on for the optional help hour if you want it.

Outcome: a room of operators who know what you're building.

IS IT FOR YOU

Built for operators who are done dabbling.

For you if

  • You run a business, and admin is eating the hours you should spend growing it.
  • You've tried ChatGPT or Claude, but nothing is wired into how you actually work.
  • You know AI matters, and you're ready to build instead of reading another post about it.
  • You want it done safely, with your data, your clients and your keys kept where they belong.

Not for you if

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

After the day.

  • A free check-in call with us

A video check-in after the day to see how you're going, then your own build plan to keep you building.

  • Join the alumni community

Every room joins the AI Ops Workshop alumni. Keep building, compare notes, and solve each other's problems.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

The questions we get asked.

No. You need a laptop with admin rights and the willingness to type. You arrive set up, you're seated beside people at your pace, and there's help on the floor all day.

You could, and you'd own it either way. The day saves you weeks of trial and error, and the mistakes that are easy to make alone, like keys pasted into a chat or a tool that can send without asking. You leave with it working, set up safely.

A laptop with admin rights, its charger, and access to the Google or Outlook account you work from. Your confirmation email carries the full list and the setup guide.

About 15 minutes, from the guide in your confirmation email: your Claude Pro plan, VS Code with Claude Code, Node.js and your workshop folder, plus the Claude desktop app if you can. There's a short video for Mac and one for Windows. Stuck? Book a 15-minute setup call with Cooper before the day. From 9:00 we're building, and we don't want to stop the room to set up laptops, so arrive set up. Doors open at 8:30 if you need a last hand.

Only what you grant: your email, calendar, meeting recorder and notes, on Google or Microsoft, each through named permissions on your own accounts, revocable in one click. Nothing is shared with us. Your business context document stays on your laptop.

Your Claude Pro plan, US$20 a month, billed by Anthropic, not us. That's the only ongoing cost, and it's the plan we build on all day.

A free video check-in to see how you're going, your own Build Guide and Plan to keep you building, and a place in the AI Ops Workshop alumni community. To hear about every new room, follow us on Humanitix.

If enough people ask. Register your interest and tell us your state, and we'll email you if a room opens near you. Bringing a team of 10 or more? The AI Enablement Session comes to your office, interstate included.

Yes. Cancel up to 7 days before the workshop for a full refund. And our promise: if you come and the day doesn't improve your business in some way, or you just weren't happy with it, tell us after the day and we'll refund your ticket in full.

Yes, as the AI Enablement Session: in-house AI training at your office for 5 to 10 people, on the tools your team already uses. A half day is $3,000, a full day $5,000. We teach your team to use those tools better, and we don't build anything for them.
