NEXGEN OS™ is our productized version, installed into operations-heavy SMBs over 8 to 12 weeks. We already have someone in IT looking at this. Why do we need you?

Do we have to stay on a retainer after the install?

No. The install is yours, code, runbooks, dashboard, secrets, all of it. You can extend with us monthly or hand it to your team and walk away. About 80% of clients stay on the Scale phase because they want a partner adding new workflows each quarter, but it's a choice, not a lock-in.

What's the timeline from signing to first workflow live?

Week 1 is audit and scope. Weeks 2 to 3, infrastructure and your context layer. By week 4 your first production workflow is in testing with real data. The rest ship across weeks 5 to 8, with larger scope extending to week 12. You see something working in your environment within a month.

What if our data is messy or our processes aren't documented?

That's most of who we serve. Part of the install is getting your context layer in shape, capturing tribal knowledge, structuring SOPs, surfacing where data lives.
